In the Original Investigation entitled “Association of Pharmacological Treatments for Obesity With Weight Loss and Adverse Events: a Systematic Review and Meta-analysis” published in the June 14, 2016, issue of JAMA,1 errors occurred in tables and reference citations. In the footnote to Figure 2, Swinburn et al should have been cited as reference 36. In Table 1, under the “Source/Period” column, in the first row, Astrup et al should have been noted as a study from Europe, not the United States. Also in Table 1, under the “Treatment Withdrawals Due to Adverse Events” column, in the last row, Hollander et al should not have had a check mark. In Table 2, under the “Source/Period” column, the final row should have read “Astrup et al,49 2012/2007-2009d.” In the Reference list, reference 55 should be deleted. This article was corrected online.
