In the Rational Clinical Examination Article entitled “Will Neuroimaging Reveal a Severe Intracranial Injury in This Adult With Minor Head Trauma? The Rational Clinical Examination Systematic Review”1 in the December 22/29, 2015, issue of JAMA, there were data errors in the GCS (Glasgow Coma Score) section “<15 at 2 h” row in Table 1 and in the Signs subsection of Accuracy of Findings From the Clinical History and Physical Examination subsection of the Results section. The phrase “GCS score of less than 15 two hours after the injury (LR range, 1.6-7.6),” should have read “less than 14 two hours after the injury (LR, 3.4; 95% CI, 1.4-8.4).” This article was corrected online.
