Incomplete Information in Flow Diagram

In the Original Investigation entitled “Five-Year Follow-up of Antibiotic Therapy for Uncomplicated Acute Appendicitis in the APPAC Randomized Clinical Trial,” published in the September 25, 2018, issue of JAMA,1 the box in Figure 1 describing 5-year follow-up for patients who were randomized to receive antibiotic therapy should have shown that all of the 30 patients who discontinued intervention underwent appendectomy. This article was corrected online.
