In Reply We recently performed a network meta-analysis evaluating the safety and efficacy of 4 antithrombotic strategies in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention using data from randomized clinical trials.1 Sulaica et al raise 3 relevant issues related to our analysis: (1) clinical presentation with (un)stable plaque; (2) timing of aspirin discontinuation; and (3) sex differences in safety and efficacy.
