To the Editor We read with great interest the work by Elnabawi et al,1 which presented perivascular fat attenuation index (FAI) measured by coronary computed tomography angiography as a novel imaging biomarker of coronary inflammation in patients with psoriasis. However, we identified several notable limitations that could challenge the authors’ conclusions.
