ZSCHIMMER ’S uviol lamp as a therapeutic agent is as yet little known among dermatologists both at home and abroad. Professor S. Ehrmann, of Vienna, was one of its earliest advocates and it was in his service that I first saw it employed. Psoriasis and other superficial scaling dermatoses were treated with encouraging results and with the first of these conditions lies our interest.
