Histopathologic examination of the biopsy specimen (Figure 2 and Figure 3)) revealed lobules of mature adipose tissue separated by thick collagenous fibrous sheaths protruding into skeletal muscles. No discrete collections of immature mesenchymal elements were seen. A diagnosis of PCFH was made based on the clinical and histopathologic findings.
