Dr. Jackson showed a new emollient “eucerin,” emanating from Dr. Unna of Hamburg.

Dr Unna was rightfully famous for many accomplishments in his illustrious career, though I freely admit that until this article, I was unaware that one of his claims to fame was formulating Eucerin (Beiersdorf AG, Hamburg, Germany). This got me to thinking about other inventions that other doctors might have made, and I narrowed my choices to the following 2.
