Circumscribed palmar hypokeratosis (CPH) is a benign entity first described by Pérez et al1 in 2002. It consists of a thinning of the stratum corneum and is more common in women than in men.1,2 The cause is unknown but has been proposed to be a localized disorder of a clone of keratinocytes.2,3
