To the Editor We read with great interest the recent article by Sanchez et al1 and its accompanying Editorial on neutrophilic necrotizing dermatosis variants.2 Sanchez and colleagues raise important questions about potential genetic causes, molecular mechanisms involved, and targeted treatment studies for these patients.
