To the Editor We thank Noe et al,1 who developed the ABCD-10 model (age, bicarbonate, cancer, dialysis, 10% body surface area) for risk of in-hospital mortality for Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis (SJS/TEN) and compared it with the SCORTEN model (Score of Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis). However, we would like to highlight several limitations of the study.
