Granuloma annulare (GA) is a granulomatous necrobiotic dermatosis with a variable disease course and treatment response.1 Apremilast is an orally administered small-molecule drug that inhibits phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) and is used in the treatment of various inflammatory dermatoses, including chronic cutaneous sarcoidosis.2 Herein, we describe 4 patients with treatment-refractory generalized GA who responded favorably to apremilast.
