Permanent Filler Augmentation: Common Complications

As an expert witness for the Austrian Courts, I am frequently confronted with complications of permanent filler augmentation. The most undesirable adverse reaction of these implants is foreign body granuloma of varying severity.1,2 The best way to avoid these adverse effects is not to use the fillers.3
