A 28-year-old man presented with a 15-year history of bilateral symmetrical pink-tan nodules on the dorsal aspect of his feet. He denied any history of trauma to the feet. Wearing shoes sometimes caused him minor discomfort because of pressure over the nodules. However, he did have a tendency to wear tightly laced gym shoes and dress shoes every day. The lesions had been stable in size and appearance over the years. The patient was otherwise in excellent health and was not taking any medications.
