This is the third edition of the softback, slightly larger than pocket-size dermatology atlas. The authors divide the book and group diseases by regional anatomy; therefore, certain disorders appear several times (ie, psoriasis) because they present in several anatomic locations. In addition, there are sections on diagnostic procedures, therapeutic agents, and patient guide sheets. For each dermatologic disorder there are clinical descriptions and therapeutic options, and special details, facts, and practical considerations are included in shaded boxes within the text.
