Journal Club is an integral part of most residency training programs.1 We examined how journal club is conducted in dermatology residency programs and what role it plays in resident education.
We performed a survey of the 110 dermatology residency programs in North America and Puerto Rico. A 10-question questionnaire that asked about the style and function of journal club meetings and about the characteristics of the participants was sent to dermatology program directors.
