Drug-induced pemphigus is a well-documented entity. Since the first report of pemphigus activation in 1969, many other drugs that can triggerpemphigus foliaceus have been described in the literature . In the literaturesearch, all of the drugs that have been identified as offending agents havebeen systemic.1,2 Very little has been written about localized pemphigus follaceus induced by topical treatment.
