This work was referred for judgment to an expert bacteriologist, who happens to be a man of few words. His report was that it contained everything that was known on the streptococci, and that it covered a great deal of pathogenic bacteriology. That is a fair summary of the book. It covers in a well arranged order its entire field, including an extensive bibliography. It is a work that will be found valuable by all dermatologists.
