To the Editor:—
May I crave your indulgence to publish an "ode to the oddity" of having noticed alopecia areata in twins, which was recently mentioned in the Archives (Walter Wilson, Arch. Derm. 83:413 [March] 1961)This is an odd example of odd people looking at an odd disease in odd corners of the world and agreeing on the oddity ! This makes the score even between the old and the new world. The Figures are reproduced from the "Oddity Corner" of the Indian Journal of Dermatology and Venereology, Bombay 21:217-218, 1955.
