Society Honors Dr. Rosen.
In active practice and carrying well his 81 years, Dr. Isadore Rosen was feted by the Manhattan Dermatological Society at a dinner sponsored by Dr. George M. Lewis at the Brussels Restaurant on Oct. 10, 1961. The Society presented Dr. Rosen with an inscribed silver plaque. This celebration for a revered honorary member, first elected to active membership in the Society in 1915, demonstrated the affection of the members for him, their appreciation for his unselfish example over the years, and for his devotion to our specialty.In addition to Dr. Rosen, all twenty active members of the Society and three guests were present (Figure).
