Two cases of superficial thrombophlebitis of the chest wall—Mondor's disease—are described to illustrate the clinical and histopathologic features and to emphasize the benign self-limiting nature of this entity. Also, it was pointed out that Mondor's disease occurs with greater frequency than has been appreciated in the past.
