Arch Dermatol. 1963;88(2):163-166. doi:10.1001/archderm.1963.01590200051009
Abstract

The case of a Negro female is presented describing the clinical appearance of multiple papules of 23 years' duration involving the face.

Biopsy studies of eight lesions showed a granulomatous reaction with varying degrees of eosinophilia, which, together with the clinical features, permits of no better identification than that of facial granulomas with eosinophilia.

No specific cause was revealed.
