The case of a Negro female is presented describing the clinical appearance of multiple papules of 23 years' duration involving the face.
Biopsy studies of eight lesions showed a granulomatous reaction with varying degrees of eosinophilia, which, together with the clinical features, permits of no better identification than that of facial granulomas with eosinophilia.
No specific cause was revealed.
