Arch Dermatol. 1963;88(2):210-214. doi:10.1001/archderm.1963.01590200098020
Abstract

The second case of hyperkeratosis follicularis et parafollicularis in cutem penetrans (Kyrle's disease) is reported. The nature of the keratin mass in the dermis is shown by the dihydroxyl-dinaphthyl disulfide stain for sulfhydryl groups which is positive in the case presented.
