Abstract

A case of pretibial myxedema with a history of hyperthyroidism, exophthalmos, and clubbing of the nails is presented.

Topical 0.01% fluocinolone acetonide (Synalar) with occlusion (Saran Wrap) was superior to intralesional hydrocortisone therapy.
