Attempts were made to sensitize guinea pigs to autologous and homologous skin by means of intracutaneous injections of skin in adjuvant emulsion. The results of the complement fixation tests and skin tests and the clinical changes noted failed to indicate the development of sensitivity to skin in these guinea pigs.
