Palmar Keratoses and Cancer

Arch Dermatol. 1965;92(5):553-556. doi:10.1001/archderm.1965.01600170069010
Abstract

Palmar keratoses were found to occur four to five times as frequently in persons with cancerous tumors as in a comparable population without cancer. This prevalence is sufficient to suggest careful study for the possible presence of cancer when they are observed. No relation was found to cancer in any particular site.
