Abstract

A typical case of an advanced, untreated giant condyloma acuminatum (Buschke-Loewenstein tumor) is reported. The clinical and pathological features of giant condyloma, simple condyloma, and their relationship to carcinoma are discussed. A review of the diagnostic and therapeutic problems and of the recent literature is included.
