Multiple Punch Grafts in Radiation Atrophy of the Skin: Report of a Case

A case is reported of a cosmetic and functional abnormality resulting from radiation atrophy following treatment of carcinoma of the lip. This condition, which would have otherwise required extensive plastic surgical repair, was improved by punch grafting, a simple dermatologic office procedure.
