This is a report of a case of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome occurring in a patient with the following new features: gross deformities of bones of the lower extremities, asymmetry of the skull, degenerative changes of shins and vertebrae, increased fragility of bones due to general demineralization, and infected jaw cysts.
