To the Editor.— I am glad Steel's Garlic-Clove Fibroma (JAMA191:1082-1083 [March 29] 1965) was noticed by Bart et al, was discussed by Pinkus, and was called "facetious" by Kopf (Acquired Digital Fibrokeratomas, Arch Derm97:120-129 [Feb] 1968).Facetious indeed for a manifestation of tuberous sclerosis to become a new entity.
