Post-Doctoral Research Fellowships for 1969-1970.—
Fellowships are available to qualified persons holding either a MD or PhD degree who are considering careers in biological or medical research, preferably reed to the skin and its diseases.Fellowships are annual and subject to renewal following good performance for a period not to exceed a total of three years.The stipend is $7,500. No payment of fringe benefits or sharing of overhead is contemplated. The fellowship may be supplemented by the recipient institution if it so desires.Applications should include a complete curriculum vitae of the candidate, a resume of his proposed research plans, and his qualifications for conducting such research. A supporting letter by the candidate's superior should accompany the application which must be received before Oct 15, 1968. Fellowships may begin Jan 1, 1969 or later.
