In the article "Clinical Variants of Porokeratosis (Mibelli)" by Mikhail and Wertheimer (Arch Derm98:124-131 [Aug] 1968), the list of five clinical forms of porokeratosis should have appeared in the following Table. (Six types were incorrectly mentioned in column 2, paragraph 2, page 124.)

  1. Classical plaque type (Mibelli)

  1. Superficial disseminated eruptive form (Respighi) Variant: Disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis

  1. Hyperkeratotic verrucous type

  1. Hyperplastic type

  1. Freund's "forma minima"

Also, on page 130, column 1, line 9, the reference citation should read: . . . appeared in the American literature.5,7,12,30-73
