Abstract

To the Editor.—  Dr. Richard Sutton has called our attention to the section on naevus follicularis keratosus in Sutton, R. L.: Diseases of the Skin, Mosby Co., ed 11, 1956, p 1075. A 12-year-old girl, a patient of Dr. R. O. Hughes, is described with extensive lesions of nevus comedonicus. A picture of these lesions is presented in Fig 1382 showing palmar involvement.
