Large quantities of skin biopsy data can be searched very rapidly by computer. The INFOL language provides a method of setting up, storing, and interrogating files of skin biopsies using programs which are very simple to write. Even complex searches and retrievals can be programmed by someone with no previous programming experience, after very brief training.
