XIV Congress of Dermatology.—
The International League of Dermatological Societies announces the XIV Congress of Dermatology to be held in Venice-Padova, Sunday, May 21, to Saturday, May 27, 1972. The president of the congress is Prof Franco Flarer and the Secretary-Treasurer, Ferdinando Serri.The opening session and reception will be held at the Ducal Palace in Venice. There will also be one official banquet for all participants.Scientific sessions will be held at both the Centro Cini and at the Lido. Continual transportation with small launches reserved for the congress plying between both islands will be provided.Four to six main themes will be discussed in two large rooms which hold a capacity of 1,500 people. There will be simultaneous translation in the five official languages. Eight to ten symposia and a larger number of small discussion groups or workshops will also be held.
