Abstract

Topical applications of aqueous solutions of mechlorethamine hydrochloride were given to 12 patients with resistant psoriasis. Ten had definite improvement of their lesions, some with dramatic resolution. No systemic toxicity was detected in any patient but the development of hypersensitivity to this drug precluded its prolonged use.
