The Genetics of Hyperkeratosis Lenticularis Perstans

Hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans (HLP) occurred in three generations of the same family. The evidence presented favors the concept that HLP is a genodermatosis with a late onset and is transmitted by an autosomal dominant gene.
