To the Editor.—
Swint and Klaus, in the Archives (101:56-58, 1970), reported a malignant change in an epidermal nevus.I believe their patient had porokeratosis. There is a cornoid lamella in the photomicrograph. Their clinical photo resembles the zosteriform porokeratosis which is easily confused with epidermal nevi.1Malignant change have been reported in porokeratosis.2,3,4
