Abstract

We are reporting a case of folliculitis ulerythematosa reticulata with unusual unilateral localization. The skin lesion was characterized by ill-defined areas of honeycomb atrophy. Histologic findings consisted of malformation of pilosebaceous structures and dermal connective tissue.
