Zosteriform Keratosis Follicularis Cleared With Topically Applied Vitamin A Acid

Resolution of zosteriform keratosis follicularis (Darier's disease) was achieved by application of 0.1% vitamin A acid in propylene glycol/ethyl alcohol twice daily for two weeks. The patient has remained free of disease for over 12 months.
