Metastases to Skin From Occult Malignant Neoplasms: Cutaneous Metastases From a Teratocarcinoma

A patient had cutaneous metastases arising from a testicular teratocarcinoma. The patient had elevated levels of chorionic gonadotropin hormone in his urine. He had a satisfactory response to dactinomycin (actinomycin D) therapy during the following 11 months.
