Rudolf L. Baer and Herbert Mescon Named Top AAD Officers for 1975
Rudolf L. Baer, M.D., New York, N.Y., George Miller MacKee Professor and Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at New York University School of Medicine, was named the 1975 President of the American Academy of Dermatology at the AAD's 33rd Annual Meeting in Chicago. Dr. Baer succeeds F. A. J. Kingery, M.D., Portland, Ore.The Board of Directors of the Academy also selected Herbert Mescon, M.D., Boston, Mass., Professor and Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at Boston University School of Medicine, as Vice-President.Details on other activities at the 1975 Annual Meeting— including the results of the election of five new Directors— will be reported in next month's AAD-NPD Report.
