Tinea Nigra Palmaris: Treatment With Thiabendazole Topically

A patient had tinea nigra palmaris that had not responded to tolnaftate or salicylic acid ointment during a period of seven years. Thiabendazole suspension, 10% applied twice daily, cleared the lesion in two weeks.
