To the Editor.—
Wong and Li in the May 1982 Archives (118:302-304) reported their successful treating of lichen amyloidosus with dermabrasion. I would call attention to previously published comments by Sidell1 and by Burks,2 who deserve recognition of their priority in employing dermabrasion effectively for this resistant disease.
