Kenneth A. Arndt, MD, becomes the Editor, succeeding Frederick D. Malkinson, MD, and continuing in a long line of illustrious editorship.
Recommended to the American Medical Association's Vice-President for Scientific Information, George D. Lundberg, MD, by an independent search committee constituted of academic and scientific peers, Dr Arndt was appointed by the AMA Executive Vice-President, James H. Sammons, MD, to serve as Editor of the Archives, effective Jan 1, 1984.
