The January 1985 issue of the Archives of Dermatology will introduce a new feature: a six-page foldout section in which clinicopathologic cases will be presented. These two superpages (approximately 10¾ × 24 in)—called a gatefold—will allow us to better present large format pictures of case-related teaching materials. The style will be similar to but will expand upon that of the RESIDENT'S PAGE. Illustrations will be numerous and large, and most will be in color. Clinical descriptions will appear on the front page, with the diagnosis and discussion on the reverse side. If desired, the entire section may be removed from the journal and posted as a clinicopathologic case quiz. We encourage trainees, teaching centers, regional societies, and others to send their best teaching cases to the section editor, Antoinette F. Hood, MD, at the address noted on page 1618 of this issue.
