Dermatobia hominis Dermal Myiasis: A Furuncular Lesion in a World Traveler

• A case of botfly myiasis occurred in a patient who traveled to Brazil. This infestation resembles a pyogenic furuncle, but should be a diagnostic consideration when it does not respond to antibiotic therapy in a world traveler.
