It's a generational thing. Back in the day, we used baby oil and iodine to get that deep, dark tan. Then we got sunlamps, the original “Burn, baby, burn!” Now the craze is for kids to get a “fake bake” at salons that promise a safe tan. To which The Other Half's Incredible Being of Lightness has only one response, “As if!”
