In the Original Investigation entitled “Pubic Hair Grooming Prevalence and Motivation Among Women in the United States” published online June 29, 2016, and scheduled to appear in the October 2016 print issue of JAMA Dermatology,1 an incorrect subcategory appeared in Table 2. In that table, for the question, “Have you ever removed all hair?” the subcategories, given as not at all, 1-5 times, 2-5 times, 6-10 times, and >11 times, should be replaced with not at all, 1 time, 2-5 times, 6-10 times, and >11 times. In addition, the second-to-last sentence in the first paragraph of the Results section, which was given as “A total of 1710 women (62.1%) reported removing all their pubic hair.” should be replaced with “A total of 1710 women (62.1%) reported removing all their pubic hair at some point.” This article was corrected online and in print.
