Misspelling of Coauthor Surname

In the article titled “Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis Standard Reporting and Evaluation Guidelines: Results of a National Institutes of Health Working Group,”1 published online March 15, 2017, Dr Tassaneeyakul’s surname was misspelled in the byline. This article has been corrected online. This article was also corrected in April 2017 for typographical errors and missing table footnote.2
